These terms cover your use of the Tampa Bay Roleplay website. By creating an account or submitting a form here, you agree to them. This is a plain-language summary intended for a community website, not formal legal advice.

Independent community

Tampa Bay Roleplay is an independent Roblox community and is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation, the Police Roleplay Community, or Emergency Response: Liberty County.

Accounts

You sign in using your Discord account. You're responsible for anything submitted through your account. Impersonating another member or falsifying application/report information may result in a ban.

Community rules

Using the website and playing on our servers means agreeing to follow the community rules. Staff may take moderation action — including bans — for violations, which can be appealed through the Ban Appeals page.

Marketplace

All purchases happen directly through Roblox's official platform. We don't process payments on this website, and Roblox's own terms govern any transaction.

Content you submit

Anything you submit (applications, tickets, reports, appeals, gallery photos) may be reviewed by staff and, where relevant, used internally to make moderation or membership decisions.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the community and website evolve. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
