Tampa Bay Roleplay ("we", "us") operates this website as a companion to our Roblox ER:LC community. This page explains what information we collect and how it's used. It's a plain-language summary, not a substitute for legal advice — if you need a formal policy for a specific jurisdiction, have it reviewed by counsel.
What we collect
When you sign in with Discord, we receive and store your Discord ID, username, display name, avatar, and (if you grant it) your email address. If you choose to link a Roblox account, we store your Roblox ID and username. We also store the content you submit yourself — applications, tickets, appeals, and reports.
What we don't collect
We never see or store your Discord or Roblox password. Authentication happens entirely through Discord's official OAuth login — we only receive the profile information Discord's authorization screen tells you we'll receive.
How it's used
Your information is used to operate your account, process applications and support requests, enforce community rules, and — for staff accounts — to attribute moderation actions. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties beyond what's needed to run the community (for example, our Discord bot syncing ticket/application status between Discord and the website).
Children's privacy
Roblox has its own minimum age requirements and privacy protections for younger users. We don't knowingly collect more information than Discord and Roblox already require for their own account creation.
Your choices
You can request deletion of your account data at any time by opening a Website Support ticket. Signing out clears your session; revoking access from your Discord settings prevents future logins.
